We’re celebrating our 11th year of raising funds to find a vaccine for HIV/AIDS and we’d like you to join us. From August 13-17, 2012, we will be holding our 11th ride, returning to riding from Burlington, Vermont to beautiful Portland, ME, on our quest to deliver one clear message: the time is now for an HIV/AIDS vaccine.

Our riders have raised over $900,000 over the last ten years for UCLA AIDS Institute and Emory Vaccine Center, enabling each institution to conduct cutting-edge research that no grant would previously allow. They have touched countless lives along the route, spreading the message that the time is now for an HIV/AIDS vaccine to all who they encounter. We have given every dollar raised by our riders to the beneficiaries, by being frugal with costs and getting corporate sponsorship and donations of goods.

We’ve built a great community of love and compassion, and we want to invite you to join us for our 2012 Bike Trek. The event is from August 13 – 17th, 2012, with onsite registration taking place on August 12th. Registration fee is $250.00 USD.
